2nd District Dr. Charles R. Drew Memorial Scholarship Program

The 2nd District of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. proudly supports academic excellence through its scholarship initiatives. Aligned with the Fraternity's commitment to Scholarship, one of its four Cardinal Principles, the Dr. Charles R. Drew Memorial Scholarship Program recognizes and rewards students and Brothers excelling academically.

The program offers unnamed $1,000 scholarships to graduate and undergraduate Brothers whose submissions demonstrate merit but may not fully meet the requirements of the International Dr. Charles R. Drew Memorial Scholarship. These awards provide meaningful recognition for their dedication to academic achievement.

Chapters within the 2nd District can further honor Brothers, past or present, by sponsoring scholarships in their names. By signing a three-year commitment to fund these scholarships, chapters can ensure their honoree’s legacy is celebrated annually at the District Conference. These awards underscore the District's dedication to fostering educational attainment and inspiring future leaders.
